PRS® 301

The PRS® 301 is the first in the PRS® line from GoldenVoice that utilizes Flash Card Memory. The patented Golden PRS® 301 is an on-line digital voice storage and retrieval system for use in a real time call handling environment. The system can be used by anyone whose job requires answering calls frequently with the same repetitive phrases. The Golden PRS® 301 delivers pre-recorded messages in the call agent's own voice while he or she is on-line for the duration of the call. This allows the agent to speak only when necessary. As such the PRS® has consistently reduced agents' stress and fatigue by relieving them of having to say the same phrases over and over during the course of the day. At the same time the Golden PRS® 301 expedites the overall call process decreasing Average Work Time (AWT). Throughout the call, the agent is always on line and able to interact with the caller at any time.

Messages are recorded under supervision where agents use their "best voice". This ensures that all callers receive a consistently clear, pleasant and correct greeting, making that important first impression a good one. From the customer's point of view, they are not aware that the voice is a recording. Furthermore, listening to their recorded 'best voice' encourages the agent to match that 'voice' during the remainder of the call. Since the PRS® answers all calls, no greeting will contain "emotional spillover" that may occur from previous call contents.

Messages may be triggered upon call arrival, or manually, at any time during the call, using a Message Control Unit (MCU). The PRS® 301 system supports numerous interfaces to various switching systems. These interfaces provide the intelligence to interpret call control data to provide automatic message playback.

The PRS® 301 utilizes a removable FLASH technology memory card which supports up to 64 minutes of voice storage. Messages are recorded using the PC-410 Record System© . The PRS® 301 also comes with a 16 key Message Control Unit (MCU) for playback of manual messages.
